1. Using the website
Maison Rose Noire provides an online boutique, customer accounts, order tracking, promotions, loyalty features, and related services. You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when completing a form or order.
2. Customer accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly through the Contact page if you believe your account has been used without permission.
We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, a security risk, or a breach of these terms.
3. Products, availability, and pricing
We aim to describe fragrances, sizes, images, prices, and availability accurately. Screen colours and packaging may vary slightly. Products and promotions remain subject to availability, and we may correct an obvious error before fulfilling an order.
Prices are shown in Qatari riyals unless stated otherwise. Any delivery charge, discount, or applicable tax is shown before confirmation.
4. Orders and payment
An order is a request to purchase. It is accepted when we confirm it or begin fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailable stock, an incorrect price, suspected fraud, an invalid delivery location, or another reasonable operational reason.
Payment methods shown at checkout are the methods currently available. Do not submit payment information unless you are authorised to use it.
5. Delivery and location
You must provide a complete delivery address and an accurate map pin when that option is used. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed times. Delays may occur because of traffic, weather, access restrictions, high demand, or events outside our reasonable control.
Responsibility for the order passes to you when it is delivered to the location or person you authorised.
6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once preparation, dispatch, or completion has started, cancellation may not be available.
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used fragrances may not be returnable unless faulty, damaged, or not as ordered. Approved refunds are made using the available payment or store process and may take time to appear.
Damaged or incorrect order? Keep the product and packaging and contact us promptly with the order reference and clear photos.
7. Promotions, discount codes, and loyalty
Promotions may have dates, minimum spend, product, branch, customer, or one-use restrictions. Codes cannot be sold, copied, combined, or exchanged for cash unless the offer expressly allows it.
Loyalty points and gifts have no cash value. We may correct points added in error, prevent abuse, and change or close a loyalty offer with reasonable notice where practical.
8. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or copy protected content at scale, submit harmful material, impersonate another person, or misuse promotions and customer accounts.
The Maison Rose Noire name, logo, artwork, photographs, copy, and website design are owned by us or used with permission. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose.
9. Service availability and liability
We work to keep the service secure and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law, changes, and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Courts with jurisdiction in Qatar may resolve disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
